Our Mission

I’m Dr. Carolyn Griffin, and thanks for stopping by! My Mission is to help women realize that they matter! You do not have to put yourself on the back burner. You CAN be successful in business while balancing a happy family life and still make yourself a priority…without feeling guilty about it! I will teach you how I went from “Mom Jeans to Bikinis” while balancing a successful practice and family life.

My Journey

What is success? People measure success differently. For some it may be how much money they have in the bank. For others, how much vacation time they take. Or maybe it’s as simple as they help to inspire one person today.

For me, I measure success based on how much BALANCE I have in my life. Am I giving enough to my family, to my practice and to myself? But it wasn’t always that way.

For years I ONLY focused on two things…my family and practice! I thought that was all I could juggle. My goal was to make sure that my husband was happy; my children were happy and that I gave the best care to my patients. To me that was what mattered most! That was my idea of success.

Being a working mom, I would spend all of my SPARE moments devoted to my children….reading a story, playing a game, or volunteering in each of their classrooms. But as my children got older and as I got older, I realized how out of sync I was. I was no longer able to be the mother I wanted because I was no longer “me”. I realized I gave 100% when I was at the office…adjusting patients, managing cases, paperwork filling up my desk..I gave all my energy to my office when I was there. Then when I got home, the rest of what I had went to my family. Dinner had to be made, kids homework, time with my husband and when the house was finally quiet, I crashed. That left absolutely no time for ME. I was so busy giving everything to everyone else that I had nothing left.

 I literally let myself go.

As important as it was for me to be the best wife, mother and chiropractor I could be, if I continued down this road without any regard for myself, I would eventually FAIL as a wife, mother and chiropractor.

I knew I had to do something different. Something had to change. Then it happened. I turned 40! 🙂

This was a pivotal moment for me. I remember taking a long hard look at myself in the mirror and I no longer recognized the person I once was. I was completely out of shape, tired and felt like something was missing. I felt like I passed my prime, without even having a prime. Then a switch flipped inside of me. And I knew what I had to do.

I had to make myself a priority. I knew I had to work out, but where was I going to find the time. Like many of you, I was already busy and juggling so many things. I’m in full time practice. I’m a full time mom. I have NO more time. How could I possibly juggle one more thing?

Well, that’s what ReVivify is all about. I will show you step by step how I did it. I will share with you how I am Doing the Impossible!

Whether you are just starting out in practice or established, single or married, with or without children, the common denominator is YOU!

In order to succeed in any aspect of your LIFE, YOU must feel valued and fulfilled. When it feels like the world is falling apart all around you, our first instinct is to look “outside” to figure out why. Maybe we point blame. Maybe we say nothing, which creates anxiety. Either way, the problem will only intensify and worsen if it is ignored or not properly addressed. And just like Chiropractic, we must look to the cause. When we are able to look “inside” ourselves and then have the courage to take action….THAT’S when a shift will happen!! It is 100% up to YOU!!

What you will gain from this weekend are tools you can use to improve yourself from the inside out. This in turn will create a positive ripple effect into all aspects of your life like your family, practice and relationships.

Be prepared to IMMERSE yourself fully. For you to get to the next level, you must break down your own walls and barriers and welcome CHANGE.

Let’ do it… together!

Much Love,

Dr. Carolyn Griffin, D.C.
